OEM & ODM Toy Manufacturing

From a sketch, a sample on your desk, or a page from a competitor’s catalog — our group’s design studio and production lines turn it into a finished, certified toy program. OEM and ODM are how most of our buyers move from catalog wholesale to their own product.

What the Studio Covers

Design is not outsourced guesswork. The group runs a creative studio with eight dedicated functions, so a program can go from idea to retail-ready without stitching together freelancers:

  1. 01Illustration & GraphicsCharacter art, print patterns and visual identity for packaging and product decoration.
  2. 02Industrial & 3D DesignProduct form, structure, mechanism and ergonomic review, with 3D models for sign-off before tooling.
  3. 03Packaging DesignRetail boxes, blister and window packs, polybag artwork, barcodes, age grading and warning marks.
  4. 04POSM & DisplaysCounter displays, shelf-ready units and promotional presentation for retail and gifting channels.

The studio also covers video production, gift-concept design and campaign artwork, so character and promotional programs can be launched consistently across product, packaging and point of sale.

How an OEM / ODM Program Runs

  1. 01Brief & NDASend samples, drawings or the concept; mutual confidentiality is standard before any file exchange.
  2. 02Feasibility & QuotationCosting, tooling estimate, certification requirements and target timeline within days.
  3. 03Sample & Sign-Off3D render, then physical sample; spec sheet, materials and test standards locked on approval.
  4. 04Mass ProductionIQC on materials, first-article approval, weekly photo updates from the line.
  5. 05Inspection & ShipOQC against the spec sheet, container loading and full export documentation.

Delivery, Sourcing and Risk

  • Delivery-time protection — lead times are planned against confirmed line schedules, with buffer built in before your in-store date, not after it.
  • Multi-source procurement — materials and components are sourced across a qualified supplier pool, so one factory’s delay does not stop your program.
  • Contingency planning — fallback lines and alternative components are identified for critical parts before mass production starts.
  • Compliance by market — EN71 / REACH / CE for the EU, ASTM F963 / CPSIA / CPC for the US, and other destination standards on request.
  • Documented QC — the four-stage risk-control framework (design risk, quality spec, supplier evaluation, in-line control) runs on every order, with inspection summaries shared with you.

Programs We Support

  • Private-label catalog lines — your brand on proven models, with retail-ready packaging and barcodes.
  • Licensed & character programs — artwork, decoration and packaging aligned to a licensed property, with the rights-holder approval flow managed on your side.
  • Promotional & gift campaigns — logo items, premium gifts and bundling for marketing and corporate programs.
  • Retail exclusives & POSM — differentiated assortments with counter displays and shelf-ready packaging.

Good to Know

MOQ & tooling: MOQ varies by product and tooling; tooling costs are quoted up front and amortisation terms are agreed in the program contract.

What we need from you: reference samples or drawings, target FOB price, destination market and certification requirements, annual volume estimate and packaging artwork files (for OEM).

Timeline: sampling typically 7–21 days depending on tooling; mass production lead time is confirmed per order after sample approval.
