Can I get samples? Yes. Lab samples are dispatched via DHL, typically within 3 days of confirmation; sample cost and freight are settled at quotation stage.
Is there a minimum order? MOQ varies by line and is shown per product where applicable. Mixed-category containers are welcome — see the sourcing guides on consolidation.
Do you sell to consumers or small retail? We are B2B only: importers, distributors, wholesalers and brand owners. Retail chains and store groups are welcome.
What are payment and lead times? Standard export payment terms and per-line lead times are confirmed in the formal quotation for your order.
