Quality & Compliance
Every export line is tested, documented and inspected before it leaves the factory floor. Certification failures cost more than containers — we treat compliance as a launch requirement, not an afterthought.

Four-Stage Quality Risk Control
Quality is managed as a risk-control system rather than a final inspection. The group’s QC framework runs four linked stages, and every order passes through all of them.
- 01Design Risk AssessmentBefore tooling: small parts, sharp edges, choking hazards, magnets, batteries, cords and ejection physics reviewed item by item.
- 02Quality Requirements & SpecsMaterials, tolerances, colors, function, packaging and applicable test standards locked and signed off before mass production.
- 03Supplier & Factory EvaluationQualified supplier pool with documented audits on capability, QC process and working conditions, re-evaluated on a rolling basis.
- 04Quality Control in ProductionIQC / IPQC / OQC checks against the signed spec sheet, with corrective actions tracked to closure.
Inspection at Every Stage
| Stage | What We Check | Method |
|---|---|---|
| IQC — Incoming Quality Control | Raw materials and purchased components: fabric, plastic pellets, electronics, paint, hardware | Supplier certificates of conformity plus sampling inspection on receipt |
| IPQC — In-Process Quality Control | First article approval and line checks during production run | Patrol inspection with weekly photo reports to the buyer |
| OQC — Final Quality Control | Finished goods: function, assembly, appearance, labeling, accessories count | AQL sampling (2.5 / 4.0 by program) against the spec sheet |
| Pre-Shipment | Carton count, shipping marks, mixed-SKU loading, export documents | Container loading photos, packing list and B/L cross-check |
Certifications & Test Standards by Market

| European Union | EN71 Part 1–3 (mechanical & physical, flammability, migration of elements), REACH, CE | EN71 test report, Declaration of Conformity |
| United States | ASTM F963, CPSIA (lead content, phthalates), California Proposition 65 where applicable | Children’s Product Certificate (CPC), CPSIA test report |

Documentation You Receive
- EN71 / ASTM F963 / CPSIA test reports from accredited labs, per order or per line.
- Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for US-bound lines.
- Bill of materials and material declarations, plus MSDS where applicable (e.g. paint, slime, bubble solutions).
- Packaging and label check: age grading, warning labels, choking-hazard marks, barcodes and origin marks.
- Traceability by production batch, so any post-shipment issue can be isolated and corrected quickly.
Corrective Action, Not Excuses
When a check fails, the line stops. We run structured corrective action (root cause, containment, fix, verification) with the factory, re-inspect, and only then release the balance of the order. Buyers receive the same inspection summary we do — including what was rejected and why.
